Front Desk Staff
The warm first voice patients hear. You'll answer calls, schedule appointments, greet families, accept payments, and keep the front office running smoothly.
Orthodontic Technician
Work chairside with Dr. Kulkarni to place and adjust braces, assist with Invisalign scans, and support patients through every step of treatment.
Sterilization Staff
A vital behind-the-scenes role keeping instruments sterile, rooms prepared, and infection-control standards exactly where they should be.
Financial / Treatment Coordinator
Help families understand their treatment plan, insurance benefits, and payment options so care feels approachable and stress-free.
Orthodontic Assistant
Support clinical procedures, take digital records, and make patients feel comfortable from the first visit to the final retainer check.
Student Intern (High School / College)
A mentorship-driven introduction to orthodontics and healthcare operations for motivated students exploring dental or medical careers.
Internship opportunities
Front Desk Intern
Build professional communication skills that transfer to any career. You'll learn how to answer patient calls using guided scripts, schedule appointments, and direct concerns with warmth and efficiency. We train you step-by-step so you feel confident treating every patient like family.
Social Media Intern
Help tell the story of Kulkarni Orthodontics. You'll capture great content around the office, find creative ways to showcase our team and patient experience, and grow our presence on Instagram and beyond.
Orthodontic Assistant Intern
A hands-on path for students interested in dentistry or healthcare. You'll begin with sterilization and safety protocols, then progress into imaging, orthodontic technical skills, patient liaison work, and overall practice flow.
